She's always available when I need her, if she's not available, I get a call back right away. I'm very reluctant to ask her any questions I have, if she doesn't have the answer she'll find out for me right away. She's very knowledgeable about her job. She's very patient, we're looking for a long longtime before we found this place that we liked. She became my friend and will use her again for my next investment.
